To qualify for this program, you must have the following:

  • Certificate of Completion from IMA New Mediator*
  • Stable internet/wifi connection
  • Working computer or tablet with webcam, speakers and microphone

*If you received training from another mediation program, you may request to join this program. Send an email with a certificate of completion indicating you have had at least 40 hours of mediation training to [email protected] We will determine whether you qualify for this program.

When does the course start and finish?
The course starts when you begin working on this online portion. Since it is self-paced, you complete it according to your schedule.
How long do I have access to the simulations?
This will depend on the package you purchased. Typically, a 12-session package is available for six months, so you have access to the simulations for six months or until you have used all 12 sessions, whichever comes first.

Mediators of all skill levels, including those in training as well as seasoned mediators who wish to practice and continue developing their skills.
What are the prerequisites?
To enroll in the Mediation Simulation Lab, you must either be currently enrolled in the IMA New Mediator Course or have a Mediator Certificate of Completion.
